BLS is BLOWING UP

UNIT45 is proud to announce the successful delivery of 165 new 20ft food-dedicated dry bulk bag-in-box containers for BLS Food, further strengthening one of Europe’s most specialized fleets for food-grade bulk transportation.

The new containers will be deployed on intermodal routes across Europe, the United Kingdom, and Ireland, transporting non-allergenic dry food bulk products. This fleet expansion represents another important milestone in supporting safe, efficient, and sustainable logistics solutions for the food industry.

What makes this delivery particularly significant is the long-standing partnership between UNIT45 and BLS Food. Over the years, both companies have worked closely together to refine and optimize the container design, creating a solution specifically engineered for 100% dedicated food bulk traffic. The result is a container that meets the highest standards of food safety, product integrity, and operational efficiency while providing customers with complete confidence throughout the supply chain.

By combining road, rail, and short-sea transport, these containers support a more sustainable approach to logistics while maintaining the reliability and flexibility required by today’s food supply networks.
