Barlas Lojistik expands with investment in 45ft hc pw intermodal containers

To meet the growing demand in the Central Asia region, Barlas Lojistik has ordered 200x new 45HC dry containers, branded with their company’s logo. This investment will enable the company to provide seamless intermodal solutions between Europe, Turkey, and countries in the CIS region, including Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, Iraq, and Iran. These services will be available through both transhipment and direct routes.

In addition to this, Barlas Lojistik handles storage, customs clearance, handling, and reloading of transit goods at its 10,000-square-meter bonded warehouse located in Sancaktepe, Istanbul. Originally focused on road transportation, Barlas Lojistik is now shifting its focus towards providing integrated intermodal solutions, incorporating road, rail, and sea transportation to better serve its growing customer base.

This is just the beginning; Barlas Lojistik plans to continue investing in and expanding its container fleet. The company is also preparing for future investments in Germany and Poland to further extend its reach across Europe.
